Founded on the principles behind Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), these support groups provide a safe and caring environment in which to explore your grief. Mindfulness is based on ancient Eastern philosophies of directed inner exploration and meditation. Mindfulness enhances self-understanding and acceptance of the inescapable pain caused by loss.
